With the holidays already upon us, soon the family gatherings will be a memory and we will turn our attention to the start of another new year. Who would have thought as we made our 2020 New Year’s resolutions – two years ago – we would still be adjusting our lives around COVID as we plan our 2022 New Year’s Resolutions?
This year as each of us plan our 2022 personal resolutions, I want to also encourage and challenge each of our customers to make a professional New Year’s Resolution.
