MicroMD EMR is now 2015 Edition Cures Certified
What does this mean for practices? The Cures Act proposes a standardized format know as Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR). This standardized format will allow providers to easily transmit electronic health information through our certified API without hurdles, as well as allow ongoing support toward continued interoperability. In this recent version, MicroMD EMR now utilizes FHIR and is Cures-compliant.
Reconcile Problems into Problem List or Med History
With this latest release MicroMD EMR users now have the ability during reconciliation to put problems from the intake forms into the area of your choosing that best fits your practices needs.
Integrated Action Edits and Real Time Claim Status Additions for Practices Utilizing TriZetto
For our clients utilizing TriZetto Provider Solutions as their clearinghouse partner, this recent release includes integrated additions, such as using Action Edits™during the claims process to make corrections before sending claims off to the payor without leaving your MicroMD PM system.
Add or Update Pharmacy Information from Patient Demographics
In this recent release MicroMD Practice Management users can now select and update the pharmacy within the patient detail window, and any updates made will also automatically update in MicroMD EMR or vice versa.
Added Support of Preferred Pharmacy During Reconciliation
For our practices utilizing MMDEngage, patient engagement solution, in this recent release MicroMD Practice Management users can now allow patients to input their preferred pharmacy during intake and reconcile that during the data reconciliation process.
