For this year’s User Conference, we took our show on the road to the Avalon Inn & Resort in Warren, Ohio, for the one-day conference, held May 3rd, with a pre-conference Mixer on May 2nd. We’ve received excellent feedback from our attendees and would like to thank them for traveling from locations near and far (some as far as Washington). It was a great opportunity for clients to learn more about MicroMD software, the future of the organization, and network with other users.
2018’s Conference saw attendees representing more than 30 different medical practices and Value Added Resellers (VARs), plus 12 exhibiting organizations. As we move forward into planning 2019’s User Conference, we are carefully considering the responses on the attendee surveys we received and the feedback they offer. Comments like, “I would like a summary of all of the updates,” and, “Incorporating a one day overview of EHR and demos so clients like me can see what all there is to offer” will be taken into consideration during our planning sessions. We’ve already begun planning next year’s conference, so watch out for future communications – MicroMD 2019 User Conference takes place next May!
