Upcoming Webinar | No Surprise Act Tasks for Providers

DATE
April 27th

TIME
12:30pm EDT

Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act and its regulations require all providers to give “good faith estimates” to uninsured and self-pay patients in advance of their services. These requirements apply to all types of licensed providers, so you will be impacted!

Join MicroMD and TriZetto Provider Solutions for a partner-sponsored webinar featuring healthcare IT expert Stanley Nachimson, who will provide information on required content relating to the No Surprises Act. Attendees will gain details on specific notices needed for patients and posting in offices, workflow suggestions for producing the estimates, enforcement and additional No Surprises Act prohibitions against out of network billing for hospital and emergency services. This is information that providers cannot afford to miss.

At the conclusion of the webinar, attendees will be able to:

  • Describe the No Surprises Act provisions impacting providers
  • Explain the detailed forms and data content which must be given in writing to patients
  • Provide guidance on how to produce estimates
  • Provide guidance on additional future requirements of the No Surprises Act for providers
