Appointment History Now Available Under Billing Inquiry
When reviewing the billing inquiry, sometimes you may need to go back to the patient’s appointment history to reconcile charges you are reviewing.
In our most recent version of MicroMD this can now be done by clicking the Appointment History button on the left-hand menu while in Billing Inquiry.
Editing Fax Details on Resend
In our latest version of MicroMD, you can now edit fax details on resend, such as editing the phone number prior to resending.
Resending a fax is easy. Simply navigate to your Desktop Navigator and choose the Faxes-Sent radio button, then click the Resend Fax button.
This will bring up the Send Fax window, for you to make any necessary changes before sending.
