Now you can see the patient’s next scheduled appointment with the selected provider if they have one. If you accidently close the Appointment Request window, you can can now click on Appt Requests on the Task Pane in the Check-In/Check-Out module to open the list.

Next Appointment Displays in Appointment Request
Drag Appointments Directly from Clipboard to the Waiting List
Scheduling a patient several weeks or months into the future while also adding them to the Waiting List in case an earlier slot opens up? Now you can copy a patient’s appointment into the clipboard and drag-and-drop it into the Waiting List to begin an entry for that patient.
Streamlined Data Reconciliation
Experience an improved and streamlined Data Reconciliation window that makes it easier to identify incoming information and compare that with the patient’s existing information in a more user-friendly format in both MicroMD PM and EMR.
Refresh EB Summary Report after Making Corrections
Now you can click Refresh on the Task Pane to re-generate the report based on the options you chose on the Claims Processing window, after reviewing the EB Summary Report and making corrections.

Reduced clicks in Single-View Encounter
We’re making your user experience with the Single-View Encounter more efficient with less. You can now access the Health Language (ICD-10 lookup) search integration from the common list; the Objective step now mirrors the look and flow of the Review step with column headers and radio buttons; you can add a comment to the Assessments step; and now toggle the view of the encounter to hide or show template items for easy viewing.
Alerts for Abnormal Vital Signs
For increased patient safety, you can now turn on alerts for when patients of any age have a new vital sign statistic that is outside the accepted thresholds set by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Automatically Save Encounter Reports to MicroMD DMS
You now have a new User Preference to automatically save signed encounter reports to MicroMD DMS using your specific Encounter Report template.
Add Multiple Documents to a Batch Basket
You now have the option to add and multi-select several documents and/or attachments to orders, mail messages, and to the same Batch Basket or choose a different basket for each one.

New Integrated Solutions
Visual Consult Images and Videos to Educate Patients
Practices can now have access to patient educational videos and images to share with patients on a wide range of medical information and procedures for all specialty types, allowing providers to access the library from the Desktop Tools, the Chart Tools, and the Encounter Ribbon.
Integrated Online Scheduling and Auto-payment Posting with Yosi Health
In Version 19, practices now have the option to automatically post payments collected from Yosi Health’s digital patient intake solution. Also, with the Yosi Health integration we have added the capability for patients to easily schedule appointments in real-time from your website.
Convenient online patient payments with Worldpay eCommerce
For practices that don’t have our ePayment and eStatement solutions, you now have an option to simply add a payment link to your practice web site or paper statements for convenient online patient payments with Worldpay eCommerce powered by plugnplay.
