Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations received after April 15, 2019, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of 100% of all fees paid. Registrations may not be reinstated once they have been cancelled. If re-registering, the current registration fee will apply.
If you do cancel your registration before April 15, 2019, your refund will be applied to your credit card or as a credit on your MicroMD account.

Without the prior written approval of a member of Company’s executive team, only direct employees of Clients, consultants, vendors, and partners of Company may attend the MicroMD User Conference. The Company reserves the right to deny registration for any reason or no reason to any Client or any other entity and/ or individual. Educational sessions are designed to inform and educate our Clients and participation is limited to Clients only. Clients understand and agree that certain information furnished to you by Company in connection with the MicroMD User Conference, regardless of the form in which such information is presented, is confidential, non-public and/or proprietary information (“Confidential Information”) and is the sole property of Company. You agree not to disclose the Confidential Information to any third party for any reason whatsoever, and to protect the Confidential Information using the same degree of care you use to protect your confidential information for a period of two (2) years from the date hereof.
